I've joined another KAL, this time for a Norwegian type cardigan. I don't really have time for this with the kitchen decorating and the on going gardening project but I couldn't help myself. The yarn is a lovely springy DK superwash from Garnstudio, a company I only heard of recently and a cornucopia of luscious affordable yarns and FREE patterns.
Oh! And I've decided to frog this and begin again knitting a sweater. I've never really done any serious colour work before and this pattern has introduced me to steeks. I think I can cope with cutting the sleeves but I don't fancy cutting all the way up the front and then knitting on a button band that requires carrying four colours along a row. I do however love the idea of knitting in the round like a ganzy and having hardly any sewing at the end.
